Susan: After my horse has been riding at top speed for about ten minutes he slows down - finally! I yank the reigns back again, hoping he has calmed down enough to listen to me. "What was that all about?" I ask him in a reproving tone. The horse turns his head to look at me and replies; "Hey, just because I can talk doesn't mean I'm not a horse, lady." I sigh. "Sorry. Now how are we going to find where we are?" I look over the top of the woods to see a huge cloud of smoke rising up and climbing into the sky. "Oh, no! Narnia! What about the druids? How will they survive if the trees burn down? This is awful! I wonder how the fire even got started, anyway. I've got to see if I can help . . . if I can find my way home . . ."

Peter: we finally put out the fire after much effort. I'm relieved that the creatures of the forest will be ok. I thank Danielle and her father for helping me. I mention how i have to find Susan. Danielle offers to help and I accept. We mount our horses and go riding in Susan's direction.

Lucy: I worry about Susan and Peter. Perhaps I can leave my sod palace for awhile and find them. I construct a carriage and six horses of sod, then I decided that it is too risky to be seen. I must go on air. (Can I take Edmund?)

Danielle: King Peter and I start riding and shouting for Queen Susan. "Susan!" He would shout and I would echo him with "Queen Susan!"

Lucy: I see Susan. She is alone with her horse. She appears lost. I want to show myself-but I cannot. Never can I show my face in Narnia again. Then, I hear footsteps behind me. I turn, and I am instantly tied up. Someone puts a cloth over my nose and mouth. It is a sedative. Things are getting hazy as I try to fight it. I vaguely see Susan on the ground with a cloth over her mouth and nose as well. Our eyes meet as it all fades into darkness.
