So, you want to start roleplaying? Here's how!
INFO: The main roleplay village is Portsmouth, a fictional village where all the characters people have created live. They all live in one big apartment building (you can choose which floor and apartment they live in) and have many adventures together. Each place is a different thread which you can make - if you think the town should have a bakery, feel free to make a bakery. If you think the town should have a school, feel free to make a school. Please include with your building: -What it looks like -If it is hiring (if it is, which jobs are available and how much a person would get payed per hr) To create a character, head over to Town Hall and fill out the form there. You can have up to 5 characters.
To roleplay, all you have to do is pretend you are writing a book, except with other people. The one thing to remember is - DO NOT power play. This is when you make another character that is owned by another person do/say something, without asking them first. Only control your characters, please!
Have fun! Once again, if you have any questions feel free to ask, but I hope this has explained it enough for you.

I have several OCs I made up for my Frozen series-is it okay to use one of them as long as I change their backstory so they'll fit in the roleplay storyverse? (Yes, I have just made up a new word, lol:P) If not, that's fine, I'll just make up a different character I haven't used before.

You can use whatever characters you would like, my RP character Olivia is from a fanfiction series I wrote. So that's fine.

Another stupid question here! Are our characters allowed to have powers of any kind? It's not a big deal if they can't.

Ehhh since this is a sort of realistic roleplay I would prefer they didn't have powers in that particular roleplay, however in other roleplays (I'm pretty sure there is a fandom RP board, if not I'll make one right after I publish this post xD) your characters can definitely have powers!
